I have no broadband since saturday. Orange voice light no internet light.

When I am asked to do connection tests sky says it doesn't recognise my email. I have e done all the remove cables press reset but nothing changes. Any ideas please welcome

@Innersmile if your broadband isnt working call Sky. Sounds like you are not using the correct Sky id for the Brosdband account when trying to use the online system. Each id is linked tonan email address and these must mstch the one used to set up,tge account. If you are certain you arecraise the issue with thecagent when reporting the fault as they can get thst fixed as well.
