I have no broadband or dial tone on my land line. No service since new telegraph poles installed

New telegraph poles n wires were installed down my street and to my house and now I have no broadband and no dial tone on my land line. I have no service

Try running a line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair:

Thanks for this, the line test found a fault so I've booked an engineer.  Thanks for your help 🙂
