I have no broadband connection tv says no internet co

Tv says No internet connection ans we have tried re-setting and all the wi-fi tests and nothing is working.

Same problem here, wifi tests all say good but no tv, phone or laptop connection to Internet. 

Was an issue at 7am today and still not working 12 hours later!!
