I have no ONT power cable for my openreach box so WiFi, is not working.

I would like a sky engineer to come out and install one because I don't want to buy the wrong one

@Patrick150 the ONT is Openreach property so definitely dont buy aa random power supply. You nedd Sky to place an order to get Openreach to provide one. To help you do that I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
