I have no Internet connection on TV

Hi my TV states I have no internet connection despite box being connected this has been for 5 days now

Is the broadband connection working for other devices?

 

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.
