I have no internet and when I did the online test it said that an engineer would be sent. I received a text yesterday to say that the engineer was on the way to work on the problem but I have not heard anything since and I still have no internet

Find out more@Gemologist Sky should have had a report overnight from the engineer who did the check so I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

I still have no internet, this has been going on since Tuesday! I spoke to someone on the online chat who told me the engineer was out yesterday to fix it and would need access to my flat so would contact me but I have heard nothing. Please could I speak to someone again?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Gemologist use the chat link that was added to your forum pages yesterday to start a conversation. If you cannot see it remove any pop up blockers or simply use a different browser. The link only stays open for 48 hours.

@Gemologist Your chat should still be open for a 48hr period, you would be better to see if it is, response is not instant but at least you will still be moving forward.
