@Gwynrif if you nedd help in setting up your new hub you will need to post a little more. The new log in details will becprinted on the hub and on the card in the box. If the issue is some apps notvworking but others are check the setting for Broadband Shield in the My Sky app as if set to a low age it will block social networking sites.

Thanks for responding so quickly 

The issue I have is all the apps are not on my television anymore 

 

Think I need to have the engineer to return ro my home to sort out this issue

An installer won't visit to resolve such an issue. Typically after a router change a television set would need to be taught the new WiFi credentials.
