I have just switched to Sky broadband and now am having issues receiving yahoo mail (not Sky yahoo)

Since switching to Sky broadband I am finding that my Yahoo.co.uk email on my iPad and I phone, is not downloading messages from the server.  If I switch to mobile data or use different Wi-Fi, it works fine.  I am fully up to date with IOS 16.2 and all other email (iCloud and Gmail) are working fine.  Any ideas most welcome 🤞🏻

Open your my sky app or log onto your sky.com account and go to product settings then broadband shield

Ensure Sky Shield is switched off & try switching the router off for 30mins to fetch a new public IP.
