Discussion topic: I have just had ultrafast installed by a BT engineer. Unfortunately, I cannot access the internet.

I have just had ultrafast installed by a BT engineer. Unfortunately, I cannot access the internet.

I have followed all the instructions in Settings to no avail. I need the internet and would appreciate a speedy resolution.

It's not unusual for internet access to start only after midnight at the end of the installation day.
