Why am i still paying full price billimh after weeks of poor or no connection

To broadband for all of the phones in our house. I've switched off and relocated the hub, reset it, rang sky who have done an external test and found no fault yet everyday we cannot access internet through or phones or tablets without using mobile data

I'll move your issue from the Accounts board to Broadband. 

Could you post your router stats so that someone who understands them can perhaps advise
