I have had continuous issues with my WiFi and once again it's gone off.

My Internet has gone off again! This seems to be a continuous issue where I've already had to have an engineer come out to my property after it going off the last time. Your app says everything is working but my router and devices say different! It's costing me a fortune in data with my mobile contract every time this happens and I need the issue sorting as soon as possible.

@Mattmyles90 loss of connection after midnight is often down to routine maintenance work if so the service will be back up this morning.
