Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@HP7786 check the lights on your Sky hub if the connection is down the internet light will be amber as will the voice light. In thst case run the connection test in the My Skky app overca mobile connection - dont get confused by the result from the last test which shows when you open the page click to run the test again. Thst will tell you if there is a known fault if there isnt call Sky to report the pproblem
If the hub lights are all green then the issue is in your home check that your devices are connecting properly rdbooting devices snd hubs can often restore connection.
