I have been waiting for sky to connect my internet for 4 wks they keep rescheduling without telling

Sky are rubbish. I have been waiting 4 weeks for engineer they keep changing the date without telling me. My partner has took 4 days off work they didnt turn up today, said it was changed, no 1 said. She has phoned 4 times today no one will help

@Adam1981 it is likely that it is Openreach who own the network Sky use who sre messing you around. Sky like all of the other isps using Openreach's network have very limited control of the process. 

You will n]be paid compensation oncectge job is completed see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com When my line was switched to full fibre the compensation covered the first 6 months of the new charges.

Yes I have spoken to Zeek he was very helpful and explained about Openreach. I now have a new  date in 3 weeks! Hopefully I will get some compensation.
