Did you not receive the broadband boosters when you took out broadband boost?

You would need to call sky

Contact sky on 150 from your sky landline or

Follow the link and choose need more help

https://www.sky.com/help/home/

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland

To request the booster boxes

Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 43 inch UHD tv, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me

The provisions of the Broadband Boost supplement would have been in place from the start, apart from the loan of separate booster hardware which has to be claimed retrospectively.  The supplement no longer provides parental controls after the removal of the Broadband Buddy app.

It's perhaps worth noting that Broadband Boost doesn't actually boost broadband: it's a somewhat unfortunate choice of branding.
