@ivan27 sky are in the process of replacing the black flat hubs models ER110 and ER115 and older as they wont comply with new regulations due to cone in next year. If you look at the picture in this link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/set-up-hub-which-sky-hub-do-you-have if your hub looks like the ones in the lower row Sky will swap them if you call them. 

If however your hub is one in the top row Sky will only swap lije for like if your hub is faulty. The Sky Max hub will becsupplied if you add the Sky WiFi Max package. The very latest Gigafast+ hub is only supplied to customers on the new Gigafast+ service.

I don't have a landline or a Sky Mobile. I only have broadband and an o2 mobile phone

Okay. You have a landline as Sky Talk is bundled together with Sky Broadband but you've just chosen to not connect a handset which is fine.
