I have an engineer visits booked for the initial broadband and sky tv set up. Can this be changed easily?

Find out more@Dave+ls you should be able to reschedule the Sky Engineer doing the TV install but be warned its getting near Christmas so dates get full very quickly. If the broadband install is being done by Openreach the date is now likely to be after Christmas as they have a minimum 14 day lead time. Although this can be normally be done online through the My Orders section of the My Sky app I would call Sky.

You should be able to select a future date from your orders on your my sky app or sky.com account
