I have an email dated 27th January suggesting that I change my hub. Is this email genuine.

I just need confirmation that the Sky email dated 27th january is genuine as it could be a scam.

@JohnGW  we have had confirmation today that the email is genuine

Slight correction: there are genuine emails being distributed from Sky on this topic.

 

That doesn't mean one which you or anyone else receives is actually genuine though, so the usual advice about verification of any embedded link applies.

If the email is addressed to you by your first name and it mentions visiting a portal then it is from Sky as I had this and have placed my order so it is safe to click on that link if this applies.
