I can't connect to some apps and games via WiFi. It was ok until today. I've tried resetting both the router and phone.

@Butterfly if any other devices are affected check the Sky Broadband Shield setting in the My Sky app as that can block certain sites if set below age 18. If its only one device affected though it will be a setting on the phone itself.
