I have a sky max hub and I can’t connect security cameras
I have just had a sky max box installed, but now I can't connect my security cameras as they are 2.4ghz. Please can anyone help as I am not tech savvy thank you.

You may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub administration settings in the My Sky app. You can also use those settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band, which may help with getting such devices to connect.

Thanks for replying as I said I am worried that if I mess with anything it will muck the set up and things may not work.
