I have a phone that connects to the internet when I installed my new hub it was all working not now

I had a problem with my internet phone so you supplied me with a new hub when first installed my phone worked but now isn't working

There have been a few posts recently of VOIP phones stopping working with the SR213 Hub. This thread is raised by someone knowledgable, so maybe keep an eye on that for a resolution, as it appears Sky's frontline staff are unable to assist.

 

Maybe a superuser can get this raised as a group issue, to save individuals from keep having to re-invent the wheel each time it's encountered.

 

The report in the referenced thread that filling in the VPN form is now apparently blocked is a concern.
