I have Sky Q but the connection is very slow , my sky box switches off , broadband extremely slow .

I have Sky Q, despite running tests numerous times my broadband connection continues to be constantly slow, cutting off, switches off, sky box does not connect to television and it's requires re booting at least three times per week. Your sky promise super fast uninterrupted service is clearly not working for me. I am paying for a service that is currently inadequate and I need assistance with this. Please contact me o arrange next step .

@Timmy+molloy you are not addressing Sky by pisting in thecgorum. If your Sky Q system is misbehaving I suggest you call Sky and report the faults if they cannot resolve the issue over the phone they are likely to send an engineer to check the system in your home. They may supply a booster if the issue is slow wifi. 

You can call `sky for free if you dial 150 on your Sky Talk line (or Sky Mobile if you have one)

@Lizfrei14 you are not addressing Sky by posting in the forum. If you want to complain to Sky call them, but if you want help from forum members please post your hub's stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
