I had fibre installed yesterday worked for a few hours but now have no Internet
Engineer installed fibre yesterday worked ok for a few hours but I had to unplug router and fibre as engineer had left another devise unplugged and I meeded to reorganise what was plugged it not plug bank. When switched back on router only has 3 lights 4th light - voice doesn't light. Tried sky help steps to re connect. Sky customer help went through same steps required I send photos to show set up was done correctly. Said my issue would be escalated but I still don't have Wi-Fi and second sky box can't connect either.

Re: I had fibre installed yesterday worked for a few hours but now have no Internet
@pixie10 assuming you only have green lights on the ONT fibre unit try powering down the hub for 30 minutes then seeing if it connects which it might do. If you are still stuck I would call Sky again later this morning as the Network team may have got back to customer services.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
