I had fibre fitted and my WiFi is worse

My WiFi is terrible. I had fibre fitted this year and now it's worse. I am trying to work from home and having to hot spot my phone and no one else is using WiFi here at the moment.

Is it all devices or just certain ones? Is the WiFi bad right next to the hub as well?
