I had a problem with my broadband and booked an engineer

My boraod band stopped working. Went through the steps to fix which didn't work.

I was asked to book an engineer which I have done. The broadband has now started working (It was off for about an hour and a half).

I don't think I need the engineer. I suspect I might need a new hub.
