I got my sky router but there is no cable in box.

Hi. I got my parcel today. My sky service will be activated tomorrow. I opened the parcel but there is only 1 adapter and WiFi max. When I'm checking for set-up it shows there are another cables. And in my box there is not any cable other than adapter. And also router is used before because there are some marks on it. Is it normal?
