I got broadband Sky Hub but I do not have ONT device in my home, what should I do?

I recently received the router you sent me, but I am unable to connect it because I do not have an Ethernet outlet or an ONT (Optical Network Terminal) device in my home.

I don't understand because in the Web it says that there is broadband available in my EirCode.

Could you please send a technician or provide assistance to help set this up properly?

Hi @Alcore97 

Has your activation date passed yet? Usually if there is no ONT present you would get an engineer attend on the activation date to install one.

Hey! The activation date is just today! So i'm assuming if when they active my broandband and does not works they will send me a technician? Thanks!

Yes if the activation date passes and you are without service you can just let Sky know and they will send an engineer.
