I get error Your hub's WiFi is switched off

Hello all,

 

I moved my broadband from "Sky Broadband Ultrafast 1" to "Sky Full Fibre 300" and "Sky WiFi Max" a couple of days ago..

 

With the new white hub, I get error "Your hub's WiFi is switched off".

 

The diagnostics takes me to link "https://www.sky.com/productsettings/bb-and-talk/advanced-security/disable-wifi" but I get message "Whoops, there's been an error".

 

Also, the Sky Q box cannot be connected using the WPS option; instead I connected it using 3rd party router option with password.

 

How to resolve this issue?

All,

After talking to Sky Support Team over the phone, the issue was resolved when I re-checked the next morning.

To add,  under product settings --> Broadband and Talk Settings --> I get message "Come back when your Sky Broadband's been activated" for options Broadband Shield, Advanced Security and Advanced Settings..

All,

After talking to Sky Support Team over the phone, the issue was resolved when I re-checked the next morning.
