I still dont have Internet i dont have a double socket on the wall just phone socket

@Shaz92 if you havexan older phone master socket you will need to usexa line filter to connect your hub. Sky nomlongervorovidecthese but they can be boughtveasily from hardware stores etc. The filter plugs intimthe phone socket and has to sockets one for tge phone and second smaller one for the cable to connect the Sky hub.

This complication goes away as and when you connection is upgraded to full fibre.

@Shaz92 Here is a copy of the how to electronic linked help for you! Covers all the hubs and you may just have to check them all out to see what is needed for your connection type! Also system is not live until the activation date that you would have been told!
