I received an email saying that my broadband is going to stop on the 5th December and that I'm moving to a new provider, but I'm not changing providers I want to stay with sky.

@Billieb You will have to call Sky to inform them you haven't requested to move your service, the community here is mainly a customer to customer support platform.

This pops up from time to time. Usually someone has submitted a request for service with another provider and have provided an incorrect house number or postcode.
You will need to call Sky to stop the cancellation. Dialling 150 free from your Sky Talk landline is the quickest way.
As it's due to end on Friday it may be too late.
