Hey, I think my internet speed is way below what is guaranteed.
I just tested it and reached 22Mbps

Find out more@Tom239 the speed guarantee refers to the speed to your hub and is monitored by the regular speed tests in the Connection Checker in the My Sky app where if you click through you will see the history and tge minimumfor your line. The app should offer support if the tests are below the target.
Speeds tests run on devices are not reliable as they messure the slowest part of the transfer which is often the wifi connection between the devicexand the hub and of course can be affected by other devices using bandwidth.
