I don’t know what’s happening with my broadband setup
My broadband was meant to be set up tomorrow but I got a text saying it was delayed because of openreach. My account still says that they are coming and my hub still hasn't been dispatched. I'm really confused. Do I need to be at home tomorrow for the openreach technician or not?

@MCM If it came from sky, then you are in the clear OR would have informed them, did you not get a revised date? My dads case i called sky, they said would be next day, and they turned up and did the job, just depends on schedules.

They never gave me a new date. I'll give them a call tomorrow to find out what's going on. It's pretty frustrating because the Openreach offices are just around the corner from me. So close but yet so far haha 😅

@MCM changes in dates by Openreach are not uncommon and the fact the hub has not been dispatched supports that is the likely position unfortunately.calling Sky is the sensible thing to do. If it is a new full fibre connection entering your full address in the following checker may throw light on the cause. If you post the results include the first few lines on the notes but removecthe reference to your address Openreach Checker
