I don't have internet, power and wifi lights green but it is not working

I don't have internet, power and wifi lights green, the last 10 days I am using often sky trouble shooter, I tried already the simple steps at home

Mine's  the same,  getting really fed up with sky  internet. 

Got a new router about a week ago, still having drop outs, and apparently  no sky internet  issues. 

Sky just put up my monthly  bill, while having random drop out all the time.
