I don't have any master socket in my new apartment

I just bought sky broadband and discovered the master socket in my apartment is virgin. I have tried connecting but it is not compatible.

 

Please I need help with sky master socket.

My activation was yesterday, 3/4/25

 

It's a broadband hub
