I order my broadband but I don't have an otn to set this up

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.

To avoid confusion, the hardware is an Optical Network Terminal (ONT) and only relevant to 'full fibre' (FTTP) broadband.

@Vanessamagx Openreach or City Fibre supply the ONT as part of the engineer's set up appointment for full fibre
