I don’t have an ONT
I just moved to my property and the previous owner said that he's got sky broadband so I applied for it, but I can't find the ONT to connect my new sky fibre broadband.
What do I need to do as my sky wen live yesterday 9th April.
Please advice.

@Tess1971 if you were due to get a full fibre service without an engineer visit there should be an ONT in the property. Residents do sometimes take the units with them which they shouldn't but happens. If that applies call Sky somthey can get Openreach to provide one.
