Ah okay you'll need to call then. This can often happen if previous residents take the ONT with them when they move out when they shouldnt

The ont is usually the last stage of fttp installation and usually happens on the day of activation

Have you placed a Sky broadband order? If so what is your activation date? Have you had any Openreach visits?

Hi my activation date has come today but they said I don't need a engineer bit have no OTN in my new home
