Your sky hub can be sent out to be with you anytime up until the day before your broadband activation

I have exactly the same problem except I made my order on the 24 January and received my tv box yesterday and I supposedly go live on the 3rd of February. so I guess they will send my router next week but it is worrying because no one said anything about the boxes being delivered separately.

That's because Sky is rather bad at imparting the relevant information on lead times. Stream pucks are despatched 'next day', but Hubs are timed to arrive shortly before the scheduled broadband activation date, which is typically a minimum of ten working days after the order is placed.
It's important to remember that Sky Stream (subscription television) and Sky Broadband (internet access) are entirely different products even when ordered together.
