I paid for 900mps and I carnt see my order and the money has came out my bank I'm really confused as this in my first ever broadband purchis

Okay so once you've linked your account number to your Sky ID you should be able to see details of the order in the order tracking page of the My Sky app or website

Do you already have a working FTTP circuit with an Openreach ONT at the address?

If not, having this installed is part of the process.
