I cant connect my HP deskjet 3762 to my new broadband

Ive upgraded my sky broadband and now my HP deskjet 3762 will not connect to it . I

Which sky hub do you have. Black or white?

You would need to go to your my sky app and disable the 5ghz wifi and turn off any device used to control the printer.  When you turn that device back on it should only see the 5ghz signal at that stage sign on as you normally would

That printer model is approaching a decade old, so for a white Max Hub you'll almost certainly need to use the My Sky app to move the wireless security from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK.
