@Mshelly1968 One thing thst has worked for me in the past is to unplug the power to the TV until the LED goes out then reconnecting it this causes most TVs to rdboot coearing any error from the memory. Then try to connect sgain but be ca reful to dnter the wifi passcode exactly being careful not to confuse a number like 1 with an I or vice versa.
