I cannot access the helpforum.sky.com on my computer or phone when connected to WiFi

When posting a question on Google about sky issues it finds answers in the helpforum.sky.com but my computer or phone will not connect to that forum when on WiFi. Its like sky router is blocking connection

Try either disconnecting the broadband by the router interface or turning off the router for about an hour to obtain a new public IP address, and try again.

Zen internet on FTTP (900Mbps down, 100Mbps up). SAT> IP (Apple 4K 2nd gen TV to LG C1 OLED UHD TV/Dolby Atmos Denon AVR, DacMagic Plus for Hi-Res audio), hosting own blog/forum (cluster), OPNsense & Zenarmor L4/L7 NGFW & DPI IDS/IPS, Asus ET12 Pro Tri-Band wifi, Linux, Gamer: Xbox Series X/i7 laptop, round-robin DNS over HTTPS, non-proprietary VoIP HD AMR-WB (G.722.2) and more... Beta tester Apple iOS/watchOS/tvOS/iPadOS/macOS.

Hi.

I am using Edge on computer. Have deleted all cache and cookies, makes no difference.  Phone using on Chrome and also just gets " page is not working right now"  unless WiFi is off and it's no problem

Thanks very much. This sorted it out. Switched all off for an hour, booted up , cleared cookies, cleared cache and all good now. Ta
