I can’t sign up for Sky Broadband as I don’t have a current provider.

I'm trying to sign up to Sky as a new customer, I don't have a broadband provider and as such I can't complete the form as I must give details of my current provider. I also can't call Sky for assistance as my number isn't associated to a Sky account. Is there any way I can get around this?

You could try contacting Sky via social media as there are some links at the bottom of the page you could use to do this.

Given it a go, but it's just an AI assistant. They just need a button on sign up to say I don't have a provider, would be a simple fix.

@v2mick Why can you not call sky sales to place an order with them? You are not asking for any assistance!
