I can’t seem to get WiFi

I cant seem to get WiFi on anything I have two green lights on one is the power light and the other one is the WiFi light the other two lights have nothing no light on at all can anyone help on what this could be

Sounds like your broadband has dropped out.

Can you please run the line test in the My Sky app and see if that shows anything
