Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Beniamin1 Carefully check the password printed on the hub as it is quite easy to misread a letter for a number or vice versa. If you are still stuck tell your device to dorget the connection, reboot it and try again as some devices can have issues with previous wifi passwords not clearing properly from memory meaning they can't accept the new one.
