I can't login to my sky WiFi it says invalid password

@Beniamin1 Carefully check the password printed on the hub as it is quite easy to misread a letter for a number or vice versa. If you are still stuck tell your device to dorget the connection, reboot it and try again as some devices can have issues with previous wifi passwords not clearing properly from memory meaning they can't accept the new one.

@Craig12341 assuming you have followed the advice in my earlier post reset the Sky hub. 

If you have a black hub find the reset pin and press it in until the power led blinks which takes 20 seconds. On a white hub press and hold in the wps button until the led starts blinking green and release. The hub will then revert tonfactory settings so the password will match the label

However save yourself the effort by using the WPS option. On the  puck choose the Sky hub option and then press the wps button on either hub for a few seconds to put the hub into WPS mode which will link to the puck in under a minute if it doesnt the hub is too far from the puck.
