I can't load or download anything on 3 phones I have. WiFi is processing but it doesn't work. YouTube works perfectly but messenger and WhatsApp don't work.

@Dany5 check the setting of Sky Broadband Shield as by default Sky set them to age 13 which can block social networking see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-shield-start
