@Sam269 Have you been able to connect before with the same router you have just now?

@Sam269 Are all other devices connected okay throughout the property? What colour is your router black or white?

Re: I can’t connect to WiFi upstairs in my office
@Sam269 If you have paid for Wi-Fi max then you are able to get a pod to help with your Wi-Fi around the property and it should be at no extra cost as you are on the Max subscription. Just dial 150 on your landline and listen through the voice prompts and ignore when it sends text to send you back here.

The 'guarantee' is to attempt to provide WiFi coverage, using additional loaned wireless booster hardware where necessary if the appropriate subscription is in place.
Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.
Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.
