I can't connect the TV to Wifi

My daughters Aamsung TV won't connect to WiFi.I've yried everything nothing worked.

Which Sky router do you have? If you have the white Sky WiFi Max router, try the following:

It could be that the Samsung TV doesn't support the fairly new WPA3-T that is the default WiFi security level on the white Sky Max hubs.

To test:

In your MySky app, go to Broadband > WiFi settings > Advanced settings > WiFi security level > change the current security level from WPA3-T (default) to WPA2 > save changes.

Retry getting your Samsung TV onto WiFi again. If it works, great, leave the security level on your Sky Max hub at WPA2. If not, the problem lies elsewhere and the security level on the hub should be set to back to WPA3-T.
