I am unable to connect the PS5 to the Internet as it is saying the signal is not strong

Just had sky installed managed to connect all other devices but it is saying that the signal is not strong enough to connect the ps5

@Shelly15 trying to play games on a console connected by a poor wifi link is going to be pretty bad even if you do connect. Ideally you want to use ethernet cables but where that is impossible a reasonable second best is a pair of Powerline Networking adapters which use your home's mains wiring to carry the data. These are not thst expebsive and a far better bet than a wifi booster which is another option.

Did you gee this fixed? Been in same house 17years. Only had problem 3 days!
