I am unable to connect my new sky max router

I have received my new router 

completed the installation waited the recommended 20 mins for it to update but this has not happened 

I have no internet and via the app I just get the spinning circle

@Ndp1206 have you connected your devices to the new hub's wifi using the details printed on the hub or on the card included in the box or usingbthe QR code using a phone's camera? Do they show as being connected? Is the hub showing a white light indicating it is connected to the line?

I am getting the same. The Wi-Fi is available but says unable to connect. I have to reset it to connect again, and then it will drop out and I have to reset it again. I've only had it 4 days!
